We welcome you on our trips but must point out that your place is not secured until full payment is received
All payments are non-refundable BUT we will do our best to find a replacement for you if you are unable to go on the outing booked.
We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are NOT able to join us on a trip so that we have as much time as possible to find a replacement.

Just a reminder that all trips are non refundable. If you find that you do have to cancel please let us know asap, we sometimes have a waiting list.
Please feel free to contact organizers with any queries.
If the outing you wanted to book is 'sold out' still make contact. We often have a 'standby list' in case vacancies occur and it may be possible for you to fill one of these places.
If you are a new member or have not travelled with us before on one of our trips come and join us this season.
The outings are taken from suggestions put forward by the YOU the MEMBERS so please be part of them.
