17th July 2024 - Special announcement regarding the Braintree Area u3a website.

The current Site Builder website which we use will cease in December 2024, and any remaining sites that u3as use will be closed down. The replacement system is SiteWorks, to which over 200 u3a sites have moved since November 2023, and for which the majority of u3as have already registered in preparation for moving during the next six months. Braintree Area u3a has registered with the SiteWorks Programme and work is being done to enable us to transfer to the new website later this year. Group members who edit their group web pages will be informed when the Braintree Area u3a SiteWorks website is ready to go live and training will be offered to enable them to continue to edit their group pages. 9th October 2023 - Membership of Braintree Area u3a runs from 1st January to 31st December.

Applications for 2024 will be accepted from 1st November 2023. The membership fees will be £20 single and £35 for joint membership. Please click on the link here for the membership application form - Membership Application Form 2024.
