'You know you've read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you have lost a friend' Paul Sweeney.

Previous authors read are -Charles Dickens, Kate Atkinson, S.J.Watson, Liz Trenow, Maria Duenns, Khaled Hosseini, Ken Follet, Sarah Perry, Rose Thomas, Frederick Forsyth, Ann Cleeves and many more.

Novels tend to be the core of our reading but non-fiction, biography, autobiography, diaries, plays, children's books and poetry can also provide promising material for lively interchanges of views.
